Testimonials

Hector,
Let me start by saying thanks for the training on Saturday. I appreciate the opportunity to meet you and all of the guys. You all have a since of brotherhood that I have not seen in a while. Thanks for taking in an stranger, I had a blast.

I have been a competent shooter for a while but I have never been pushed to get into the correct "gun fighting mindset" while training. I always strive to become faster and more accurate, but have not correlated that just by getting my brain into the right gear I can be much faster. Thanks for exposing that flaw. I'm sure that I have many others, and I look forward to training and learning more from you.

Thanks again,
Scott

Hector,
I just wanted to personally thank you for an awesome Handgun/Carbine class. Your knowledge of the subject matter and ability to impart your knowledge to your students was outstanding! You and all your instructors were extremely patient and outstanding at demonstrating the various drills. Your shooting ability is well documented. I know you have rated as an expert at Rogers and have earned the coveted pin. I have been to different schools such as the Sig Academy, Front Sight, PDT and of course Rogers Shooting School, so I have a good understanding of various shooting schools. I like how you push your students to excel and your emphasis on speed and accuracy under realistic conditions. I liked your progression from dry fire activities, to live fire drills. I also appreciate the fact that we shot at least 300 rounds with the handgun and 300 rounds with the AR-15. Some of the courses I have done limit your actual shooting, your certainly did not. The increased repetitions and practice instills muscle memory. Being a physical education teacher I understand the importance of correct practice. You really pushed that "Practice makes perfect only if you practice perfectly motto!" I was relatively new to carbine but am now totally hooked on that platform! I went out and bought a timer and want to push myself more at the range because of your training. I look forward to taking another course with you in the future!

Thanks, Tim N

I have had the priveledge of taking four of the 0to100 courses and each one has been more exiting and valuable than the previous. The courses are fast paced and safe, and they also give one the opportunity to learn and take in information without overloading.

Looking forward to the next course in February 2012.
Great Course!

Dear Hector,
I want to thank you for another immersive training class this month. When I started training with your company, over a year ago now, I was a pretty accomplished indoor and outdoor range shooter, having carried a firearm for 20 years.

When I took my first class with you I immediately learned that my training had prepared me for very sterile and controlled environments. The last thing a gun battle is is very sterile and controlled. In other words, up until that point I knew how to load a gun and how to pull the trigger. I had not realized, until my training with you, that I, literally, knew nothing about using a gun...

...When training with you and your instructors I am constantly moving, and I mean constantly. This produces high proficiency in using a firearm safely and accurately under real life conditions....

...Your training prepares me as no other courses ever have. Your training will likely save my life.

“I have taken a number of classes with some TOP instructors and have learned deficiency’s in my shooting ability and have benefited from them . I have taken 0 to 100 with Hector a number of times and can say that there is ALWAYS something gained. His teaching style is nurturing and will bring out the best in you and has the patience to address the individual shooter in a large setting without taking away from the class. I have seen him take a “green” shooter and bring him up to speed in a one day class and take a person who has shot for years and “corrected” training scars that were inefficient. I think that whatever your skill level is this is one class you should take. ”

“I took the class upon the recommendation of a friend. From the word go, Hector pushed all of us to be better shooters. Never once did he settle for anything less than a perfect performance from any of us. I found the course to be challenging, and the results exceptional. I can attest that I am a better shooter now, and look forward to the next one.”
